TalTal Stock Terms of Service

These terms govern the conditions of use for the TalTal Stock service operated by 탈탈스톡 주식회사, including the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users.

• The service provides standardized investment-reference information to unspecified many users as a quasi-investment-adviser information service.
• The company does not provide individualized 1:1 investment advice, ticker-selection guidance, or trade-timing consultation.
• Analysis results shown in the service are reference information and must not be interpreted as personalized advisory services.

• AI scores, buy zones, ratings, and reports provided through the service are for investment-reference purposes only and must not be treated as instructions to purchase, sell, or hold a specific financial instrument.
• Financial investments involve the risk of principal loss, and all investment decisions and outcomes remain the sole responsibility of the user.
• The company does not promise returns and does not cover investment losses.

• Features, pricing, and billing periods for each plan follow the latest billing page disclosures.
• Payments are processed through the PortOne integration flow.
• Subscriptions operate on a prepaid basis, and renewal/cancellation conditions follow the disclosures shown at checkout unless otherwise separately stated.
• Displayed pricing is disclosed as vat 포함.

• A full refund is generally available before service use begins.
• Within 7 days after service use begins, refund eligibility is assessed based on usage, already-delivered digital content, and applicable law.
• After digital content has been materially consumed, refunds may be limited due to the nature of the service.
• If service use is materially unavailable due to the company’s fault, the company may provide a refund or service-period extension.

• Transferring, sharing, or lending an account to others.
• Unauthorized crawling, copying, redistribution, or commercial resale of service data.
• Using the service output to run advisory chat rooms, copy-trading rooms, or resale services.
• Using the service in violation of law or public order.

• The company may change or suspend part or all of the service for operational or technical reasons.
• Material changes or long outages will be announced in advance where reasonably possible.

• The company is not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, or other events beyond its reasonable control.
• The company is not liable for losses arising from the user’s own fault or investment decisions.
• Losses caused by third-party services or external provider failures may be limited to the extent permitted by law.

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
